  • Do you develop the concept and script, or do we need to provide creative?

    Either works. If you have a script, we’ll execute it at a premium level. If you have a rough idea (or just a goal), we can develop the concept, script, and storyboard end-to-end.

  • How long does a typical commercial project take?

    Most projects run 6–8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on scope, approvals, and production complexity. Need it faster? We can build a sprint plan without sacrificing quality.

  • Do you handle casting and locations?

    Yes. We manage casting (actors, voiceover, or real customers) and location scouting/permitting – plus all production logistics.

  • Do you handle the full production process?

    Yes. We handle the full video production process end to end; strategy and creative development, pre-production planning, filming, and post-production through final delivery. That includes scripting or interview frameworks, scheduling and logistics, crew and equipment, directing and capture, editing, color, sound, motion graphics, and platform-ready exports. Our team owns the entire workflow, so nothing gets lost between vendors and the work stays cohesive from first concept to final cut.

  • Do you handle video marketing or just production?

    We do both. Beyond production, our team helps you strategize distribution – making sure your video actually gets seen by the right eyes, on the right platforms.

  • How does feedback work?

    We build in structured feedback moments at each step – from script to final edit – so your voice is always part of the process, and the end product aligns with your vision. We use the industry-standard Frame.IO platform for streamlined and efficient client review.

  • How far in advance should we start a project?

    It depends on complexity, but a good rule is: start earlier than you think you need. For most projects, we recommend kicking off 4–8 weeks before your intended production date so there’s room for concept development, planning, and a clean post schedule.
